Terms of service

These terms apply to all orders placed with Fruit Squad, operated by Leo Rubbra (sole trader), 75 Mulkern Road, London N19 3HH. Contact: leorubbra@gmail.com

ORDERING

By placing an order you are making an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. All prices are in pounds sterling and include delivery to our covered postcodes.

PRE-ORDERS AND WHAT'S IN THE BOX

Drop 001 is sold as a pre-order. We will confirm your delivery date before fulfilment. If we cannot fulfil your order, you will receive a full refund.

The contents of each box vary. We buy whatever fruit is at its best that week, so the fruit shown on our website is indicative rather than a fixed list. We will always supply the stated number of items (6–8 fruits for Drop 001) at the quality described. If you have allergies or fruits you cannot eat, tell us at leorubbra@gmail.com when you order and we will accommodate you where we can.

PRICE AND PAYMENT

Payment is taken at checkout via Shopify Payments. If we have listed a price incorrectly, we will contact you before proceeding and you may cancel for a full refund.

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

OUR LIABILITY

We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, our liability to you is limited to the value of your order. We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.

FOOD SAFETY

Our boxes contain fresh, unprocessed fruit. Wash before eating. Fruit is not individually packaged and may have been handled alongside other fresh produce.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes fall to the courts of England and Wales.
